Tai Tsao

Tai Tsao is driven to help individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their potential, transform the way they work, and make a greater impact. Tai is the Change Management and Customer Success Lead at Meeteor, a collaboration company on a mission to build strong, healthy culture and thriving organizations.

 

Tai is coauthor of Momentum: Creating Effective, Engaging and Enjoyable Meetings, written with Mamie Kanfer Stewart, CEO of Meeteor. Tai also founded i Talent Learning Community in 2008.

As a learner, facilitator, and change-maker, Tai brings the lens of learning, behavioral science, and organizational change to help teams be more successful integrating new ways of working and strengthening culture.

At Meeteor, Tai develops content, programs and learning materials to support the change adoption process including strategies for incorporating new meeting practices, communicating vision, and evaluating effectiveness. Tai leads the Thriving Teams program, a team effectiveness program for mission-driven teams.

 

Prior to joining Meeteor, Tai worked as a change management and organizational development consultant for a diverse array of organizations. Tai enjoys helping teams across different industries, from businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, to higher education institutes, to reflect on how they work with each other and learn about how to improve their collaboration and build a healthier workplace.

As a native of Taiwan, Tai deeply related to the challenges Taiwanese students faced toward their career development. In 2008, Tai founded i Talent Learning Community, a non-profit organization that guided colleague students in becoming self-directed learners and to developed their core competence to become future leaders. Tai designed learning programs, facilitated skill-building workshops, and coached project teams. Tai, along with other mentors, helped these aspiring future leaders learn and apply the key skills that will help them launch and sustain successful careers.

 

When not working and learning to unlock human potential, Tai enjoys exploring cultural activities in New York City as a local tourist.

  • Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

  • Bachelor of Science in Banking from National Cheng Chi University in Taiwan.

  • Certificate in International Systemic Team Coaching from Academy of Executive Coaching.

  • Certification in Hogan Assessments- Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).

  • Certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)- Step I and Step II.
